The problem
Forsyningstilsynet put the 2027 forbrugerprisloft for fjernvarme out to hearing on 9 Oct 2026 at a draft 413 kr/GJ (based on an individual air-to-water heat pump). Hearing closes 26 Oct; the final loft is due by 1 Nov and applies from 1 Jan 2027. At the same time utilities are announcing sharp 2027 hikes: Præstø ~40%, Sønder Felding ~32%, Svendborg and Sæby ~18% (TV 2 / Dansk Fjernvarme). Households and boards cannot see, in one place, whether their utility's announced price sits under or over the loft, or what a standard 125 m² house pays next year. Distinct from electricity-supplier watchdogs.
