The problem
Finanslov 2027 proposes capping how long companies can carry tax losses forward at 17 years (today there is no time limit, only an annual use cap). FSR Danske Revisorer warned on 13 Oct that if the rule also hits already accrued losses, unused losses from 2012 and earlier could be wiped from 2030. Deeptech, biotech and other long-R&D firms may lose deductions they planned on. There is no simple tool that maps each year's remaining loss by vintage and flags the ones closest to the cliff.

Freemium sketch
Free: paste annual loss vintages and see years remaining under a 17-year rule plus a one-page explainer. Paid (~149 kr/month; ~399 for revisor multi-CVR): CSV import from årsopgørelse/revisor export, scenario toggle (new losses only vs also existing), FoU-merfradrag abolition side note, export PDF for board/revisor, reminders before a vintage would expire.
Competitors
Generic ERP/tax modules and revisor spreadsheets. No consumer-facing Danish loss-vintage clock found. FSR and Big Four advise but do not ship a self-serve tracker.
Build notes
Next.js + shadcn, Neon (EU), Auth.js. Client-side calculator first; paid tier stores vintages per CVR. No SKAT API needed for v1.
