The problem
Bill L 49 (put forward 8 Oct, meant to start 1 Jan 2027) bans sharing realistic AI copies of someone's face, voice or movements without voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and the publisher has to prove it exists. Every business making avatar videos of staff, customers or influencers will need written proof.

Agencies & SMEs making AI content
Freemium sketch
Free: 3 active consents, standard Danish consent page, PDF receipt. Paid (~99 kr/month, agency ~299 kr/month): unlimited consents, scope per asset/campaign/channel, publication log, withdrawal portal with take-down alerts, team seats, branded pages, audit export.
Competitors
International likeness-licensing marketplaces (Actorsy, Semblance, Rebela) and generic e-sign tools (Penneo, DocuSign). Nothing found built for the Danish rules or simple SME consent.
Build notes
Next.js + shadcn, Neon (EU), Auth.js, signed consent links (email OTP first, MitID signing later via a broker), hashed PDF receipts, Resend for withdrawal alerts. Weekend MVP: consent form, receipt, withdrawal page.
