The problem

Denmark's new repair law (lov nr. 723, in force 3 Sep 2026) adds a standard European repair information form. A repairer can give it to the customer free of charge on a durable medium before the deal, listing the fault, price or maximum price, time, replacement device and pickup place. Its terms bind the repairer for at least 30 days, and if the customer accepts in that time, the repairer must do the job on those terms. From 1 Jan 2027 repairers can also register on the Danish section of the EU online repair platform run by Forbrugerrådet Tænk and offer the form there. Dansk Erhverv reports that members keep asking how the rules work. Phone, tablet and appliance repair shops write quotes on paper or in SMS today, with no record of what they promised or when the offer expires.

Freemium sketch

Free: generate a Danish-language form as a PDF, five per month. Paid (~99 kr/month per shop): unlimited forms with your logo and price list, SMS and email delivery, expiry tracker for the 30-day binding period, online accept that turns into a repair order, a public price page, and an export of shop details ready for the Tænk platform registration from 1 Jan 2027.

Competitors

International English-first tools exist: FixFirst ERIF builder, Right2Repair Compliance (R2RC), and free generators on Calcy.eu and RulesOf.EU. Repair-shop POS systems handle tickets. None found that is Danish-first with the official Danish bilag 1 wording, DKK and SMS, priced for a one-counter shop.
