The problem
From 1 March 2027, providers of registered bookkeeping systems must MitID-validate customers and then enrol them to receive e-invoices in NemHandel unless the business opts out within four weeks (BEK 811 of 22 Sep 2026). Erhvervsstyrelsen’s guidance (updated 25 Sep) also covers bogføringsvirksomheder that book for many slutkunder. Dinero, Billy and e-conomic will own the single-shop UX; the gap is the bureau or revisor with dozens of CVRs who needs one checklist so no client misses the notice, the opt-out deadline, or fails to process inbound e-invoices after enrolment.

Accountants & bookkeeping bureaus
Freemium sketch
Free: readiness checklist and up to 5 CVRs with status (not validated / window open / enrolled / opted out). Paid (~199 kr/month; ~599 for larger bureaus): unlimited CVRs, CSV import, deadline reminders for the four-week opt-out, per-client note on where inbound e-invoices land in their system, export for the firm’s Quality/AML folder.
Competitors
Dinero, Billy, e-conomic, Economic and other registered systems will handle enrolment UX for their own end users. No dedicated multi-CVR bureau dashboard found for the March 2027 wave.
Build notes
Next.js + shadcn, Neon (EU), Auth.js. Manual/CSV status first; later optional API hooks if a bookkeeping vendor opens partner endpoints. Vercel cron for deadline reminders.
