The problem
The new product liability law (L 32, put forward 7 Oct, in force 9 Dec 2026) also covers software and makes importers, fulfilment providers and some online platforms liable when the maker is outside the EU. If no EU business can be found, the reseller is liable unless it names one within a month of the injured person's request. Denmark also keeps its stricter reseller rule: you pay unless you prove the damage wasn't your fault. Small shops selling non-EU goods rarely keep this per product.

Freemium sketch
Free: role quiz (maker, importer, distributor, platform) and up to 25 products in the register. Paid (~99 kr/month; ~299 kr/month for multi-shop and agencies): unlimited SKUs, Shopify/WooCommerce/CSV import, supplier document vault (CE, manuals, invoices), first-sold date per batch, one-click 'identify the supplier' reply pack, 10-year archive, alerts on supplier contacts missing an EU address.
Competitors
PLD toolkits mostly aim at software teams (ComplianceSME, Asteron, Toledo PLD kit). GPSR 'responsible person' services and marketplace product-safety fields cover listings, not liability evidence. Nothing found built for Danish resellers and the Danish distributor rules.
Build notes
Next.js + shadcn, Neon (EU), Auth.js. Shopify app for SKU sync later, CSV first. Supplier request form that collects documents by link, PDF reply pack, Vercel cron for missing-document reminders.
