The problem
L 6 (put forward 7 Oct 2026, 1st reading 21 Oct, in force 1 Jan 2027 with a 1.5-year transition to full effect 1 Jul 2028) replaces personal beskikkelse of bygningssagkyndige with company authorisation. Authorised firms must run an approved kvalitetsledelsessystem, use qualified inspectors, pay fees, and sit under Erhvervsstyrelsen control (påtale, advarsel, bøde, fratagelse). Danske Arkitektvirksomheder warns the draft assumes an org that single-person and small firms do not have: the same person would "egenkontrol" their own work, and they must buy QMS, inddatering and a kontrolinstans subscription. No lightweight readiness kit exists for those shops before 1 Jul 2028.
